No returns or exchanges.

 

For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Decants are a great way to try new fragrances, but sometimes, sampling doesn't work out. You may not like the fragrance you receive, but please understand that this is always a risk when trying something new.

The authenticity and quality of the fragrances you receive are guaranteed. Please be sure to collect your package quickly once it is delivered as severe weather conditions may impact the integrity of your fragrances.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right. Please contact us immediately within no more than five days. After five days, your transaction is considered complete and no refunds or replacements will be offered.
